Negotiator Agent: Italian/English – Roma, Italy OR Madrid, Spain

Our client, Investment company specialized in the telecommunication sector. Is a fast-growing and multicultural company in Europe.

They propose to purchase land, building, tower on which telecommunication infrastructures are installed.

Growing fast, you will join the sales team based in Madrid, Spain (15px) to work on the Italian market. You can also be based in Roma, Italy because they just started to work on that new market.

By joining the company as a Negotiator Agent, you will be responsible of closing the acquisition and following the administrative process and coordinate actors (Notary, Landlords, seller)

Main responsibilities / Target:
 

  • Following a structured acquisition process to acquire a high volume of sites.
  • Undertake a commercial review of all opportunities and negotiate and economic offer for the site that is agreeable for both the seller and the company.
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with sellers using key sales techniques.
  • Diligently complete and coordinate all due diligence activities required prior to the transaction.
  • Accurately maintain key opportunity information in the central CRM system
  • Make a commercial offer to 100% qualified leases – And convert 30% into signed Letter of Intents – And convert 80% of LOI into acquired sites.
 

Your Profile:
 

  • Strong resilience spirit
  • Consistent in meeting all KPI targets.
  • 1 year highly performed in a previous phone sale experience.
  • Knowledge with CRM Systems
  • Bilingual Italian / English (Headquarters and Management based in London, UK)
  • Live and work in Madrid, Spain OR in Roma, Italy
  • Personal-drive to be a high-performer within a high-performing team.
  • Knowledge of real estate acquisition or lease management would be a real plus.

Salary:  Package : 58 000€ – 63 000€ per year

Basic salary: 25 000 – 30 000€ / year + Bonus (1 000€ per site acquired)

On-Target commission: 33 000€ / year (Based on KPI and Objectives)
