Position Overview

We are looking for an IT Manager to lead the company’s technology strategy, ensuring business continuity, cybersecurity, and digital innovation. Key Responsibilities

• Design and execute the IT strategy aligned with business objectives.

• Manage infrastructure, networks, cloud environments, and critical systems.

• Lead cloud migration projects (Azure, AWS, or GCP).

• Implement cybersecurity, business continuity, and disaster recovery policies.

• Coordinate internal IT teams and external providers.

• Oversee IT budgets, contracts, and cost optimization.

• Ensure compliance with international standards and regulations (ISO, GDPR, etc.).

• Act as a trusted technology partner to different business units.

What You Bring

• Degree in Computer Science, Telecommunications, or related discipline.

• At least 7 years of IT experience, with a minimum of 3 years in team management.

• Strong expertise in infrastructure, cloud, networking, and cybersecurity.

• Excellent leadership, communication, and influencing skills in corporate environments.

• Experience in international and multicultural settings.

• High level of English is essential.
