Your Responsibilities:

• Responsibility for the entire recruiting process from job posting to hiring
• Advising and supporting managers in all HR-related issues
• Development and implementation of HR strategies and processes
• Support of employees in all phases of the employee life cycle
• Ensuring compliance with labor law requirements and internal guidelines
• Organization and execution of training and development measures
• Contributing to a positive corporate culture and promoting employee engagement

Your Profile:

• Completed studies in human resource management, business administration, or a comparable qualification
• Several years of professional experience in the HR field, ideally in a similar position
• Sound knowledge of labor law and experience in implementing HR projects
• Strong communication and consulting skills
• High social competence and empathy in dealing with employees
• Independent and structured working style
• Very good German and English language skills, both written and spoken
