Customer Support French and German

Our client is an international company delivering premium support for their customers across Europe. To enhance our multilingual Customer Support team in Frankfurt, we are looking for a dedicated, empathetic person who is fluent in French, German, and English to help their customers get the best possible experience.


Your Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat in French, German, and English.
  • Troubleshoot issues, escalate when necessary, and ensure high satisfaction and timely resolution.
  • Maintain accurate records of interactions and follow up on open cases.
  • Collaborate with product, engineering, and operations teams to provide customer insights and improve processes.
  • Meet KPIs: response times, resolution rates, customer satisfaction (CSAT), and other quality metrics.
  • Occasionally support onboarding, FAQ updates, and localized content for French- and German-speaking customers.

Your Profile

  • Native or business-fluent in French and German, with excellent command of English.
  • Strong communication skills: clarity, empathy, and problem-solving mindset.
  • Experience (1-2 years or more) in customer support, ideally in a multilingual/international setting.
  • Comfortable handling multiple channels (phone, email, chat) and working with tools like CRM/ticketing systems.
  • High attention to detail, ability to multitask, work under pressure, and prioritize.
  • Flexibility in working hours (may include shifts, occasional evenings or weekends).
