Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic, bilingual (German, English) Director of Human Resources to support our European workforce. The ideal candidate will bring over 5 years of experience in international HR management, with fluency in both English and German.

Requirements:

Professional:
– 10+ years of HR leadership experience, with a minimum of 5 years in a senior role.
– Expertise in German employment law and experience with co-determination committees.
– Demonstrated success in stakeholder management and navigating transformational change.
– Proven ability to lead and inspire teams through strategic initiatives.
– Experience working with investors and an international outlook.

– Excellent communication skills, both internally and externally.
– Hands-on, value-driven approach with a knack for decision-making in dynamic environments.
– Integrity and a sense of humor, able to navigate challenges with grace.
– Ability to balance assertiveness with collaborative leadership.
