Sales manager – Medical devices – Spanish speaker

Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our sales team in promoting and selling our range of medical devices to healthcare facilities, including hospitals, clinics, and specialty practices. The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving revenue growth, managing key accounts, and developing and implementing strategic sales initiatives to expand market share.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets and expand market presence.
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to drive performance and exceed sales goals.
  • Identify and cultivate relationships with key decision-makers and influencers within target accounts.
  • Collaborate with marketing, product development, and other cross-functional teams to develop sales collateral, promotional materials, and product positioning strategies.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for growth and innovation.
  • Provide regular sales forecasts, reports, and insights to senior management.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. MBA preferred.
  • French, English and Spanish speaker.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in medical device sales, with a proven track record of success in meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Previous experience in a leadership or management role, with demonstrated ability to lead and inspire a sales team.
  • Strong knowledge of the healthcare industry, including understanding of hospital procurement processes, regulatory requirements, and reimbursement landscape.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to travel as needed.
