Territory Manager

Opportunity Territoy Manager – Medical Device – Munich

Our Client, an innovative medical device company present at global scale & rapidly growing, is looking for its new Territory Manager.

The role will involve frequent travelling in the region of Bavaria (about 50%) .

Scope of Role :

You will be responsible for achieving sales targets in your assigned territory, build & maintain longterm relationships with customers.
As the main point of contact for the clients, you will also be involved in clinical training & customer support to clinicians & other partners (physicians, nurses, ..).

Among your activities:

  •  Development and implementation of the sales strategy in the region, as well as distribution of products and direct support of customers (main point of contact).
  • Training of medical professionals for optimal use of products.
  • Supervision of opinion leaders and involvement of them in suitable projects for market development.
  • Achievement of sales targets, preparation of sales forecast
  • Coordination with internal teams, based internationally.
  • Participation in scientific conferences, congresses, and trade fairs

Your profile :

  • 3-5 years of sales experience, ideally in the healthcare/medical device industry
  • Scientific background (bachelor/master) such as biomedical engineering
  • Full driving licence
  • German & English fluent
  • Willingness to travel as required in the assigned territory (up to 50%)
