Your Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage an international customer service team, ensuring high levels of performance.

  • Develop and implement customer service strategies to optimize client satisfaction.

  • Monitor KPIs and ensure continuous improvement in service delivery.

  • Collaborate with internal teams (sales, logistics, production) to enhance customer experience.

  • Handle escalations and complex customer inquiries, providing effective solutions.

  • Train, mentor, and develop the customer service team to meet business objectives.

  • Oversee the implementation of new processes and tools to improve efficiency.

  • Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.

Profile Sought:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in customer service management within an industrial or manufacturing environment.

  • Strong leadership and team management skills.

  • Experience in handling international teams and cross-cultural collaboration.

  • Excellent problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.

  • Proficiency in CRM and customer service software.

  • Ability to analyze data and implement process improvements.

  • Fluent in English and French; additional languages are a plus.
