About the Role
Our client, a leading European multinational engineering company with presence in over 50 countries, specializes in manufacturing advanced components for the renewable energy sector. We are looking for a driven Sales Executive based in Madrid to join their dynamic team. This role focuses on developing new business and managing key accounts within the fast-growing renewable energy industry.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement sales strategies targeting clients in the renewable energy sector, including solar, wind, and energy storage.

  • Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities to expand the company’s market share.

  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with EPC contractors, manufacturers, and other key stakeholders.

  • Collaborate closely with engineering and product teams to tailor solutions that meet customer needs.

  • Prepare and deliver technical and commercial presentations and proposals.

  • Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve sales targets.

  • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to identify growth opportunities.

  • Report regularly on sales performance and forecast future sales.

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven experience in sales within the renewable energy sector or related engineering fields.

  • Technical understanding of renewable energy components and systems.

  • Fluent in Spanish and with a high level of English (both spoken and written).

  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

  • Results-oriented mindset with a proactive approach to business development.

  • Ability to work independently and within a multicultural, hybrid working environment.

  • Willingness to travel as required.
