About the role
A UHNW ( Ultra-High-Net-Worth individuals) family based in Dubai is hiring an experienced Household Manager to run the operations of a luxury private residence.

Responsibilities

  • full staff management (housekeepers, drivers, chefs, gardeners)

  • suppliers coordination & contract management

  • ensure 5* hospitality standards at all times

  • cost control, reporting & direct liaison with Family Office

  • event coordination & VIP guest management

Requirements

  • proven experience in luxury property management (private household / palace / 5* hotel)

  • solid leadership & operational excellence mindset

  • English mandatory (Arabic or French is a plus)

  • strong discretion & confidentiality
