Operations Director – Special Machinery & Mobile Equipment Industry

Looking for your next challenge in industrial operations within the mobile machinery sector? We are hiring an Operations Director to lead end-to-end processes in a high-tech manufacturing environment.

Key responsibilities:

  • Drive operational excellence across production, quality, supply chain, and HSE

  • Define and implement industrial strategy in line with corporate goals

  • Lead transformation projects (Lean, ERP, Industry 4.0)

  • Manage cross-functional teams with a performance-driven culture

  • Work in close collaboration with R&D, Product, Sales

Ideal profile:

  • Engineering degree with 10+ years in mobile machinery, off-highway equipment, or complex mechanical systems

  • Strong leadership and proven success in managing industrial operations
