About the Company

Our client is a leading Independent Power Producer (IPP) active across Europe in the development, construction, and operation of solar, wind and storage assets.
To support the rapid growth of its operational portfolio, the company is hiring an experienced O&M / Asset Manager to oversee the technical, contractual, and financial performance of its renewable assets.

Main Responsibilities

Reporting to the Technical Director, you will ensure the operational excellence of the company’s renewable energy portfolio:

• Supervise day-to-day Operations & Maintenance (O&M) activities across solar, wind and storage sites.

• Monitor performance indicators (availability, production, PR) and identify optimization opportunities.

• Manage and evaluate external O&M contractors and service providers.

• Ensure regulatory compliance, safety and technical standards (HV/MV, QHSE, ICPE).

• Oversee service contracts, warranties, and insurance matters.

• Prepare and manage OPEX budgets and deliver detailed technical & financial reports to management and investors.

• Contribute to long-term asset performance strategies and continuous improvement initiatives.

Profile

• Engineering degree in Electrical / Energy / Industrial Maintenance or equivalent.

• 4–6+ years of experience in O&M, Asset Management, or Renewable Operations.

• Strong technical knowledge of electrical systems, SCADA supervision, and performance data analysis.

• Familiar with HV/MV standards, safety regulations, and QHSE procedures.

• Comfortable managing budgets, contracts, and investor reporting.

• Analytical mindset, autonomy, and solid technical leadership.

• Fluent in English (French is a plus).

Compensation & Benefits

• Competitive package: €60,000 – €95,000 / year + bonus + benefits.
