Offshore T&I Project Manager / Substation Package Manager

About Our Client
Our client is a major player in the development and construction of offshore wind farms in Europe. As part of the deployment of several strategic projects (offshore fixed & floating), they are strengthening their teams with an experienced T&I Project Manager / Substation Package Manager, capable of overseeing the technical, contractual, and operational integration of key packages (substation, export cables, foundations).
Your Missions
- Directly liaise with project management, taking full responsibility for a “Substation” or “T&I” package:
- Oversee the design, manufacturing, and offshore installation of the substation (topside & jacket).
- Supervise technical interfaces between engineering, manufacturing, transport, installation, and commissioning.
- Manage EPC contracts and suppliers (manufacturers, installers, marine companies).
- Ensure adherence to deadlines, costs, quality, and HSE requirements.
- Follow technical documentation, design reviews, FAT/SAT, and marine coordination.
- Represent the project to partners, authorities, and end customers.
Profile Sought
- Engineer (or equivalent) with 5 to 10 years of experience in offshore project management, electricity, oil & gas, or energy.
- Strong knowledge in transport & installation (T&I), offshore substations, export cables, or foundations.
- Excellent contract management skills (FIDIC, NEC or equivalent).
- Fluent professional English (international projects).
- Leadership, rigor, field sense, and a taste for demanding environments.
- A background in engineering, shipbuilding, or large T&D projects is a true asset.
Compensation & Conditions
Attractive package based on profile (€90-130k) + project bonuses/accommodation/per diem depending on the site.
Mobility possible in France, Benelux or the UK.
Possibility of CDI or Freelance contract based on preferences.
