Location: Lyon – France – International Industrial Group
Languages required: French, English, and Italian (fluent)

Main Mission

The Project Manager is responsible for leading strategic and cross-functional projects from design to implementation, coordinating both internal and external stakeholders. He/she ensures projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in line with quality standards in an international environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Define, plan, and monitor industrial, technological, or organizational projects.

  • Coordinate multidisciplinary and multicultural teams based in France and abroad.

  • Ensure effective communication with all stakeholders (internal and external).

  • Manage risks, propose mitigation actions, and monitor execution.

  • Track KPIs and regularly report progress to senior management.

  • Contribute to continuous improvement of project management methodologies.

  • Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards.

Candidate Profile

  • Master’s degree in engineering, business, or equivalent.

  • 5–8 years of proven experience in project management, ideally in an international industrial setting.

  • Strong organizational, coordination, and communication skills.

  • Results-oriented, with the ability to work in multicultural teams.

  • Professional fluency in French, English, and Italian.
