IT Project Manager
Location: Lyon – France – International Industrial Group
Languages required: French, English, and Italian (fluent)
Main Mission
The Project Manager is responsible for leading strategic and cross-functional projects from design to implementation, coordinating both internal and external stakeholders. He/she ensures projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in line with quality standards in an international environment.
Key Responsibilities

Define, plan, and monitor industrial, technological, or organizational projects.

Coordinate multidisciplinary and multicultural teams based in France and abroad.

Ensure effective communication with all stakeholders (internal and external).

Manage risks, propose mitigation actions, and monitor execution.

Track KPIs and regularly report progress to senior management.

Contribute to continuous improvement of project management methodologies.

Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards.
Candidate Profile

Master’s degree in engineering, business, or equivalent.

5–8 years of proven experience in project management, ideally in an international industrial setting.

Strong organizational, coordination, and communication skills.

Results-oriented, with the ability to work in multicultural teams.

Professional fluency in French, English, and Italian.
