ISR Operations Officer (F/H)

Location: Europe, hybrid with occasional travel

We are recruiting on behalf of a leading international technology and defence organisation for an ISR Operations Officer. The company delivers Intelligence, Surveillance and Reconnaissance (ISR) solutions for government and institutional clients across Europe.
This role is ideal for candidates with experience in ISR operations, mission coordination, defence, aerospace, aviation operations, or intelligence support, who want to join a growing operational team.

Your responsibilities
• Coordinate day to day ISR missions and operations
• Ensure effective communication between operators, analysts and client teams
• Monitor mission status and operational performance
• Support mission planning, briefings and post mission analysis
• The role includes client liaison responsibilities and close coordination with airborne ISR teams during live operations.
• Prepare operational and client facing reports
• Ensure compliance with security and data handling requirements
• Contribute to continuous improvement of ISR processes and procedures

Your profile
• Experience in ISR, intelligence, defence, aerospace, or military operations
• Good understanding of mission planning or operational coordination
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to work in high tempo operational environments
• Comfortable working with multinational teams
• Fluent in English
• Security clearance or ability to obtain one is an advantage
• Right to work in the country of deployment required
