Position Overview
We are seeking an HR Business Partner to work closely with senior management and business leaders, acting as a trusted advisor in all people-related matters. This is an excellent opportunity for an HR professional with a strategic mindset, strong influencing skills, and hands-on experience across the full employee lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
Partner with managers to define and execute talent strategies and organizational development plans.
Support recruitment, onboarding, training, and employee development initiatives.
Contribute to compensation and benefits programs, ensuring internal equity and external competitiveness.
Manage employee relations and ensure compliance with Spanish labor law.
Drive initiatives in employee engagement, diversity, and inclusion.
Act as a strategic link between employees, managers, and leadership.
Participate in global HR projects and align local practices with international guidelines.
What You Bring
Degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or related discipline.
At least 5 years of experience in HRBP or HR generalist roles.
Strong knowledge of Spanish labor law and HR best practices.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and influencing skills.
Previous experience in international or matrix organizations is highly valued.
High level of English is essential.
