Location: Madrid (Hybrid Work Model)

Languages: Native Spanish and strong English proficiency
Qualification: Bachelor’s in Psychology, HR, Business Administration, or related field; HR Master’s degree is a plus

Position Overview

We are seeking an HR Business Partner to work closely with senior management and business leaders, acting as a trusted advisor in all people-related matters. This is an excellent opportunity for an HR professional with a strategic mindset, strong influencing skills, and hands-on experience across the full employee lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with managers to define and execute talent strategies and organizational development plans.

  • Support recruitment, onboarding, training, and employee development initiatives.

  • Contribute to compensation and benefits programs, ensuring internal equity and external competitiveness.

  • Manage employee relations and ensure compliance with Spanish labor law.

  • Drive initiatives in employee engagement, diversity, and inclusion.

  • Act as a strategic link between employees, managers, and leadership.

  • Participate in global HR projects and align local practices with international guidelines.

What You Bring

  • Degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or related discipline.

  • At least 5 years of experience in HRBP or HR generalist roles.

  • Strong knowledge of Spanish labor law and HR best practices.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and influencing skills.

  • Previous experience in international or matrix organizations is highly valued.

  • High level of English is essential.
