HR Administrator (m/f/d) – Kelsterbach (Confidential Company)

We are currently seeking a reliable and motivated HR Administrator (m/f/d) for our client based in Kelsterbach, to start as soon as possible.


Your Responsibilities:

  • Independent handling of HR administration tasks such as employment contracts, certificates, and reference letters

  • Maintenance and management of employee master data

  • Support with applicant management and onboarding processes

  • Preparation of HR reports and evaluations

  • First point of contact for internal administrative HR-related topics

  • Contribution to the improvement of HR processes and participation in projects


Your Profile:

  • Completed commercial training or equivalent qualification

  • Initial professional experience in HR / personnel administration

  • Excellent written and spoken German skills

  • Good English skills for communication with international colleagues

  • Confident use of MS Office, especially Excel; ideally experienced with HR software/HRIS

  • Structured, reliable, and service-oriented working style
