About the Company
Our client is a leading renewable energy developer and EPC, active in large-scale solar, wind, and storage projects across France and Europe.
With the acceleration of grid connections and new renewable capacity, they are expanding their engineering team and hiring a Grid Connection Engineer (HV/MV) to support the design, optimization, and delivery of electrical connections to the public network (RTE / Enedis).
Main Responsibilities
As part of the electrical engineering department, you will be responsible for the technical design and follow-up of grid connections for renewable projects:

Conduct technical feasibility studies for HV/MV grid connections;

Design and size electrical substations and connection systems;

Perform load flow, short-circuit, and protection studies;

Prepare and validate single line diagrams and connection layouts;

Interface with TSO/DSO (RTE / Enedis), contractors, and design offices;

Support project teams during construction and commissioning phases;

Contribute to continuous improvement of internal standards and grid strategies.
Profile
-
Engineering degree in Electrical / Power Systems / Energy Engineering.

3+ years of experience in grid connection, substation design, or network studies (HV/MV).

Strong command of ETAP, DIgSILENT PowerFactory, Caneco, Neplan or equivalent tools.

Knowledge of RTE / Enedis grid connection standards.

Fluent French and good technical English required.

Curious, rigorous, and team-oriented with a passion for the energy transition.
Compensation & Benefits

Attractive package: €55,000 – €85,000 / year depending on experience.
