Financial Controller

The Financial Controller plays a vital role in managing the financial health of Perrine V – Fausses annonces. This position requires overseeing financial reporting, budgeting, and analysis to ensure the company meets its financial goals while adhering to compliance standards and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and present monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with applicable regulations.
  • Manage the budgeting process and perform variance analysis to guide strategic financial decisions.
  • Ensure accurate financial reporting and compliance with local regulations and standards.
  • Monitor cash flow, revenue, and expenditures while providing insights on opportunities for operational improvements.
  • Coordinate audits and implement recommendations from external auditors.
  • Lead the finance team in best practices for accounting and financial management, continuous improvement, and training.
  • Develop and maintain financial policies and procedures to safeguard company assets.
  • Assist in strategic planning and investment analysis to support company growth initiatives.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure financial alignment with organizational objectives.

Essential Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Professional certification such as CPA (Certified Public Accountant) or CMA (Certified Management Accountant) is preferred.
  • Comprehensive understanding of financial regulations, accounting principles, and financial reporting.

Desired Experience

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in financial management or accounting roles, with at least 2 years in a supervisory position.
  • Experience in financial forecasting and modeling, as well as proficient in financial analysis tools and software.
  • Proven ability to oversee financial planning, analysis, and reporting in a corporate setting.
  • Strong analytical skills with a detail-oriented mindset and the ability to interpret complex financial data.
