Our client is a fast-growing international digital platform in the food & hospitality sector, helping restaurants grow their visibility and revenue through innovative technology solutions.
Your mission
You will be responsible for acquiring new restaurant partners in your territory, managing the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing, and becoming a trusted advisor for your clients.
What you’ll do

Proactively identify and approach restaurants through cold calls, walk-ins, and scheduled meetings

Own the entire sales process, from first contact to deal closure and onboarding

Pitch and sell digital solutions that help restaurants attract more customers and grow their business

Build and manage a strong sales pipeline, ensuring consistent outbound activity

Handle objections, negotiate commercial terms, and close deals with confidence

Represent our client professionally in all in-person and online interactions

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth partner onboarding experience

Take part in industry events and team meetings when required
Who we’re looking for

Fluent in Portuguese, with a good command of English

3–5+ years of experience in a sales role, ideally in a digital or tech-driven environment

Strong background in new business acquisition and outbound sales

Results-driven mindset, comfortable working with targets and KPIs

Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills
-
Self-motivated, autonomous, and highly organised
A plus:

Experience in hospitality, food & beverage, or selling to HORECA clients

Previous experience in field sales or face-to-face commercial roles

Familiarity with CRM tools such as Salesforce
