About the Company

Our client is a leading renewable energy developer and EPC contractor, active across Europe in the design, construction, and operation of solar, wind, and grid infrastructure.
To support its strong growth, the company is seeking an experienced EPC Project Manager to lead the execution of complex renewable energy projects from engineering to commissioning.

Main Responsibilities

Reporting to the Head of Projects, you will be responsible for the end-to-end management of EPC contracts within the renewable energy portfolio:

• Lead the execution phase of renewable projects (engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning).

• Manage budget, schedule, scope, and quality to ensure project success.

• Coordinate internal teams (engineering, procurement, construction, HSE) and external contractors.

• Oversee technical and contractual interfaces with clients and stakeholders.

• Ensure compliance with safety, environmental and quality standards.

• Anticipate risks, monitor KPIs, and implement corrective actions when necessary.

• Represent the company as the main point of contact with clients and project partners.

• Contribute to continuous improvement of EPC processes and best practices.

Profile

• Degree in Engineering (Electrical, Civil, Mechanical, Energy) or equivalent.

• 5–10+ years of experience in project management within EPC, construction, or renewable energy sectors.

• Proven track record managing multi-disciplinary renewable or industrial projects (solar, wind, substation, storage).

• Excellent understanding of contract management, scheduling, and financial control.

• Proficient with project management tools (MS Project, Primavera, Excel).

• Strong communication and leadership skills, capable of managing diverse teams.

• Fluent in English (French is a plus).

• Willingness to travel occasionally across France and Europe.

Compensation & Benefits

• Competitive salary: €65,000 – €110,000 / year + annual bonus + benefits + company car.
