☀️ Energy Renovation Advisor / Project Manager (M/F) 

As part of its growth, a leading company specialized in energy renovation and ecological transition is looking for an Energy Renovation Advisor / Project Manager to join its dynamic team based in Annecy, a region strongly committed to energy performance and sustainable building practices.

🎯 Main Responsibilities:

  • Support private clients, co-ownerships, and businesses in their energy renovation projects — from the initial technical visit to the completion of works.

  • Conduct energy audits, diagnostics, and propose technical improvement solutions.

  • Prepare quotations, technical files, and project schedules in collaboration with design offices and partner contractors.

  • Coordinate all project stages (technical, administrative, financial) to ensure client satisfaction.

  • Advise clients on available financial aids and subsidies (e.g. MaPrimeRénov’, CEE, etc.) and assist them with the necessary procedures.

  • Monitor construction sites and ensure compliance with technical and safety standards.

  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of internal tools and methods related to energy renovation.

💼 Profile Required:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Building Engineering, Energy Systems, or Thermal Engineering.

  • Minimum 2 to 5 years of experience in a similar position (energy renovation, project management, design office, or AMO).

  • Strong knowledge of thermal performance, insulation, heating, ventilation, and building envelope systems.

  • Excellent communication and client relationship skills; ability to explain technical topics clearly.

  • Organized, autonomous, and hands-on approach with a strong team spirit.

  • Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of thermal calculation software (ClimaWin, Pléiades, etc.) is an asset.

📍 Job Conditions:

  • Permanent position based in Annecy (France).

  • Salary range: from €35,000 to €45,000 gross per year, depending on experience.
