As an Electrician, you’ll be a key player in the Deployment & Maintenance team, responsible for maintaining, repairing, and installing smart locker units at various locations. This role offers variety, autonomy, and the opportunity to work with innovative technologies in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.


🔧 Your Responsibilities:

  • On-Site Maintenance & Repairs: Perform mechanical and electrical repairs on smart lockers using a company van.
  • Low-Voltage Electrical Work: Handle electrical installations, cable routing, and testing in accordance with safety standards (e.g., NEN 3140).
  • Troubleshooting: Investigate and resolve both hardware and basic software issues (with support from the technical team).
  • Customer Support: Respond quickly to maintenance requests and resolve issues according to SLAs.
  • Preventive Maintenance: Conduct routine checks and proactive service to minimize system downtime.
  • Installation Support: Assist with new locker installations and ensure correct setup and electrical connections.
  • Reporting & Documentation: Track completed work, report results, and suggest process improvements.

Requirements:

  • Languages: B2 in Dutch and English (spoken and written).
  • Experience: Proven hands-on experience as an electrician, preferably in field-based roles.
  • Tech-Savvy: Able to work with Excel and basic digital tools for reporting and maintenance logs.
  • Problem-Solving Mindset: Able to identify faults and act fast, both independently and in coordination with support teams.
  • Driving License: Valid license (B) required – company vehicle provided.
  • Flexibility: Comfortable with travel across the region and field-based repair assignments.

Nice-to-Haves:

  • Electrical certification (e.g., NEN 3140 or similar)
  • Previous experience working with electromechanical systems or connected devices
  • Exposure to startup or fast-scaling tech environments
