Distribution Manager

Mission
Responsible for business development through the distribution network in Spain and Portugal, working closely with end customers, the European distribution team, and the Business Groups. You will define and implement local strategies, monitor sales and projects, and provide both technical and commercial support to distributors.

Reporting directly to the Department Manager, your main responsibilities will include:

  • Proposing and implementing local sales strategies aligned with the Group and Business Group objectives.
  • Continuously analyzing distributors’ needs and defining actions to optimize revenue.
  • Leading and delivering technical training to distributors, while closely monitoring sales performance and project progress.
  • Deploying and tracking short- and medium-term initiatives to drive sales growth (promotions, field activities, trade shows, etc.).
  • Preparing budgets and forecasts (OS expect, QRF, etc.), and ensuring real-time reporting (POS, CRM, MSR).
  • Using CRM as the central tool, ensuring all sales opportunities are properly recorded.

Profile
You have around 5 years of experience in B2B sales or distribution, ideally within the electronics sector, and are looking for a role with a high level of autonomy and technical-commercial responsibility, where you can leverage your expertise in selling high-tech products.

You hold a technical degree in electronics or electrical engineering. You are fluent in both Spanish and English, and you are proficient in Excel and CRM tools.

You are dynamic, persuasive, and passionate, with a strong results-driven mindset. You demonstrate a customer-oriented approach, excellent interpersonal skills, and a strong ability to adapt and grow.
