A leading reseller ecommerce platform is seeking a Customer Success Manager to lead their team in Berlin. Selling unique products within art and photography, they are a leading reseller in their industry. This collaborative and creative company has nearly doubled in the last 18 months and is focused on continuing this sustainability.

Job Description

Your team will be focused on converting incoming leads, those interested in selling on the platform, into official sellers on the site. In this people manager role you will be focused on:

  • Mentoring & motivating the team
  • Monitor performance and effectively communicate feedback to the team & report findings to stakeholders
  • Ensure all processes are followed and seek out improvements
  • Collaborate with other managers in other markets on different projects

Profile

You are an experience people manager with:

  • 2 years’ experience managing a team
  • Experience within Customer Success or Account Management
  • Strong communication skills
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail
  • Fluent in English (another language is a plus)
