About the Company

Our client is a leading energy infrastructure and renewable EPC contractor, active across Europe in the design and construction of solar farms, high-voltage substations, and offshore grid connections.
As part of its expansion, the company is hiring a Construction / Site Manager to oversee large-scale renewable energy construction projects and ensure safe, high-quality, and on-time delivery.

Main Responsibilities

Reporting to the Construction Director or Project Manager, you will take full ownership of site execution, managing teams, subcontractors, and overall project delivery:

  • Lead the on-site construction activities ensuring quality, safety, and compliance.

  • Manage planning, budgets, logistics, and progress tracking.

  • Coordinate internal teams and subcontractors on multi-disciplinary works (civil, electrical, mechanical).

  • Supervise HSE performance and implement safety procedures in collaboration with the QHSE Manager.

  • Validate technical drawings and as-built documentation.

  • Prepare daily/weekly reports, site meeting notes, and financial follow-up.

  • Maintain direct communication with the client, suppliers, and engineering teams.

  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of construction methods and procedures.

Profile

  • Degree in Civil, Electrical, or Energy Engineering (or equivalent technical background).

  • 5–10+ years of experience in site or construction management within renewable, electrical, or industrial projects.

  • Proven experience in solar PV, high-voltage substations, wind, or offshore projects.

  • Strong skills in project coordination, cost control, and team leadership.

  • Familiar with construction norms, electrical standards (HTA/HTB), and safety procedures.

  • Excellent communication and organizational abilities.

  • Fluent in English (French is a plus).

  • Willingness to travel nationally or occasionally within Europe.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Competitive salary: €60,000 – €100,000 / year + site bonuses + company car + benefits.
