Job Description: Business Developer – German & English

Location: Madrid or Barcelona 

Our client is an European Multinational, fast growing company within the eCommerce and Digital Sector. Nowadays they are growing, and looking for their next BD executive for the International team.
With Offices in Madrid and Barcelona, the successful candidate could be based either in any of the cities.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Developing new business opportunities in the German and English markets.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and partners, mostly B2B.
  • Identifying potential clients through market research and networking.
  • Negotiating and closing deals to achieve sales targets.
  • Collaborating with the marketing team to generate leads and promote products/services.
  • Providing high-quality customer service to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Keeping up-to-date with industry trends and market developments.
  • Preparing reports on sales performance and market analysis.

Essential Qualifications:

  • Fluency in both German and English languages.
  • Proven experience in business development or sales role.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.

Desired Experience:

  • Experience working in a multicultural or international business environment.
  • Knowledge of the German and English business markets.
  • Previous experience in a B2B sales role.
  • Experience using CRM software for managing client relationships.
  • Ability to travel for business meetings and conferences.
