Account Manager – Restaurants

On behalf of our client, we are looking for a motivated individual to join the Account Management team. Our client is one of the leading digital platforms for restaurant reservations in Europe, connecting millions of diners with a wide selection of restaurants. Your Responsibilities

As a member of the Account Management team, you will manage a portfolio of restaurant partners and support them in growing their businesses on the platform.

  • Manage and develop your own portfolio of restaurant partners

  • Be the primary point of contact for your clients and build long-term relationships

  • Support restaurants with topics like positioning, revenue optimization, and online marketing

  • Develop action plans together with Sales and Marketing teams for your partners

  • Plan and market promotions, deals, and campaigns to increase restaurant visibility

  • Negotiate commercial terms to create a win-win situation for both sides

  • Ensure that quality standards and platform guidelines are adhered to

  • Train your restaurant partners on how to use digital tools

  • Work closely with internal teams to improve products and services based on market and customer feedback

What You Bring

  • Fluent in German with good command of English

  • At least 2 years of experience in Account Management, customer management, or a similar role

  • Independent, goal-oriented work style with a strong focus on results

  • Confidence in negotiations and commercial conversations, even over the phone

  • Understanding of revenue optimization and commercial performance topics

  • Analytical thinking combined with creative problem-solving for customers

  • Ability to quickly build trust and develop long-term business relationships

  • Experience in managing KPIs, targets, and performance metrics

  • Organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

  • Willingness to work in a hybrid model (several days per week in the office)

Nice to Have

  • Experience in the internet, digital, or tech sector

  • Experience in selling promotions, deals, or time-limited campaigns

  • Experience with high volumes of daily customer interactions via phone or email

  • Experience managing large customer portfolios

  • Structured work style in a fast-paced environment
