What you’ll be doing
- Provide technical support to customers via phone and email
- Troubleshoot software and mobile device management (MDM) issues
- Investigate and resolve customer queries while collaborating with internal teams
- Keep customers informed on the progress of their support cases
- Reproduce customer environments to identify and resolve technical issues
- Deliver an outstanding customer experience while meeting service level expectations
What we’re looking for
- Fluent Spanish and English (written and spoken) – essential
- 1–2 years of experience in Technical Support, IT Support, Helpdesk or a similar role
- Degree or diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, Networking or a related discipline
- Good understanding of:
- Computer networking fundamentals (OSI model, firewalls, network protocols, subnetting)
- Windows client and server operating systems
- Android and iOS platforms
- Experience with SQL Server, VMware or Hyper-V is an advantage
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a customer-first mindset
- Ability to prioritise tasks and work independently in a fast-paced environment
