Technical Support Specialist(Spanish & English)

What you’ll be doing

  • Provide technical support to customers via phone and email
  • Troubleshoot software and mobile device management (MDM) issues
  • Investigate and resolve customer queries while collaborating with internal teams
  • Keep customers informed on the progress of their support cases
  • Reproduce customer environments to identify and resolve technical issues
  • Deliver an outstanding customer experience while meeting service level expectations

What we’re looking for

  • Fluent Spanish and English (written and spoken) – essential
  • 1–2 years of experience in Technical Support, IT Support, Helpdesk or a similar role
  • Degree or diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, Networking or a related discipline
  • Good understanding of:
    • Computer networking fundamentals (OSI model, firewalls, network protocols, subnetting)
    • Windows client and server operating systems
    • Android and iOS platforms
  • Experience with SQL Server, VMware or Hyper-V is an advantage
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a customer-first mindset
  • Ability to prioritise tasks and work independently in a fast-paced environment
