We are currently partnering with an international retail company with headquarters in Madrid in the search for a Marketing Manager to lead and elevate the brand’s local marketing strategy in Spain.

The Opportunity
As Marketing Manager, you will play a key role in shaping the brand presence in the Spanish market while collaborating closely with international teams. You will have ownership of local campaigns, brand communication, customer engagement initiatives, and strategic marketing projects across both digital and offline channels.

What You Will Be Doing

Lead and implement the local marketing strategy aligned with global business objectives.

Create and execute integrated marketing campaigns across digital, retail, social media, CRM, events, and offline channels.

Develop initiatives that drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, engagement, and loyalty.

Coordinate product launches, promotional activities, and seasonal campaigns.

Collaborate with Sales, Retail Operations, E-commerce, and international stakeholders.

Analyze campaign performance, customer insights, and market trends to optimize marketing actions and identify growth opportunities.

Work closely with external agencies and creative partners.

Manage budgets, KPIs, and marketing performance metrics.

Ensure a consistent and strong brand identity across all customer touchpoints.
What We Are Looking For

Previous experience in a Marketing Manager or Senior Marketing position within retail, consumer goods, lifestyle, fashion, FMCG, or international B2C companies.

Strong understanding of brand positioning, omnichannel marketing, and customer experience.

A creative mindset combined with analytical and commercial thinking.

Experience working in international or matrix organizations is highly valued.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Proactive, energetic, and hands-on approach.
Language Requirements

Native level of Spanish.
