Inbound Sales Representative – DACH Market

We are looking for an enthusiastic and commercially driven Inbound Sales Representative to join a fast-growing international tech company operating in the hospitality and digital services industry.
In this role, you will help restaurant partners discover innovative solutions designed to support their visibility, customer acquisition, and operational efficiency. You will work closely with restaurant owners and managers across the DACH region, guiding them through the onboarding and sales process while building long-term relationships.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage inbound leads and conduct follow-up calls with restaurant owners and decision-makers across the DACH market.
* Present and promote digital solutions and subscription-based services tailored to hospitality businesses.
* Identify business opportunities and advise partners on tools that can improve bookings, online presence, customer engagement, and operational workflows.
* Conduct product demonstrations and explain the benefits of the platform and management tools.
* Maintain strong relationships with prospects throughout the sales cycle until successful onboarding.
* Collaborate closely with internal teams including onboarding, customer success, and marketing.
* Share market insights and customer feedback to contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
Profile
* Previous experience in sales, business development, account management, or customer acquisition.
* Comfortable managing phone-based commercial interactions and short sales cycles.
* Strong communication and negotiation skills with a customer-oriented mindset.
* Autonomous, proactive, and target-driven personality.
* Ability to thrive in fast-paced and international environments.
* Interest in hospitality, technology, or digital platforms is a strong plus.
* Fluent German and English are mandatory. Additional European languages are appreciated.
