About the role
We are recruiting on behalf of a top-tier multinational in the Events and Technology sector. Their Madrid office — a vibrant team of 35 — is looking for a hands-on HR Support & Office Manager to be the go-to person for both day-to-day operations and people matters. The office is conveniently located near Suanzes metro station, with a hybrid model offering Monday and Friday remote working. During the summer, Fridays are 5-hour days.
Office management
- Open and close the office daily, ensuring a welcoming and organised environment
- Manage supplies, equipment and facilities for a team of 35
- Coordinate meeting rooms, visitors and daily logistics
- Liaise with building management and external service providers
HR support
- Support recruitment: job postings, CV screening and interview scheduling
- Coordinate onboarding to ensure a smooth first-day experience
- Keep employee data accurate, supporting the payroll and legal teams
- Organise team-building activities and internal events
- Act as local HR contact, reporting to London HQ when required
What we’re looking for
- 1–2 years of experience in office management or HR support
- Strong organisational skills and ability to juggle multiple priorities
- People-first attitude — approachable, discreet and solutions-oriented
- Comfortable with HR data and the importance of accuracy in payroll matters
- Good level of English, written and spoken (regular contact with London HQ)
- Proactive and able to work independently on remote days
