Lead and oversee all Accounting, Tax, and Billing activities, ensuring accurate financial statements, compliance, and strong internal controls.
Manage and develop a team of ~10 people : Driving structure, upskilling, clear processes, and high performance.
Scope:
- Accounting
- Steer monthly, quarterly, and annual closing processes, guaranteeing timeliness, reliability, and audit readiness.
- Tax
- Ensure full tax compliance (VAT, corporate tax, local taxes), manage tax audits, and provide guidance on fiscal matters.
- Billing
- Supervise end‑to‑end billing operations, improving accuracy, dispute management, and revenue assurance across the Order‑to‑Cash cycle.
- Play a central role in the upcoming ERP transformation
- Including process redesign, system implementation, data migration, testing, and change management.
- Drive process standardization and continuous improvement within the whole company, and cross‑functional collaboration.

Fluent in English
Proven experience in management (around 10-20 people)
Proven exposure to finance or organizational transformation contexts (notably tool change)
Experience in medium-large company (from 300 to 800 M€ of revenues)
Consolidation expertise would be a valuable bonus.
