The position can be based in Barcelona or Valencia, with flexible remote working possibilities within Spain.

The Opportunity

As Cloud Engineer, you will play a key role in designing, automating, securing, and optimizing cloud infrastructure across international environments. You will collaborate closely with DevOps, Software Engineering, Security, and Product teams to ensure reliability, scalability, and operational excellence.

This role is ideal for someone with approximately 3 to 8 years of experience who enjoys working with modern cloud ecosystems, Infrastructure as Code, containerized environments, CI/CD automation, and high-availability architectures.

What You Will Be Doing

• Design, implement, and maintain scalable cloud infrastructure environments.

• Improve system reliability, performance, security, and automation processes.

• Manage and optimize cloud-native architectures and containerized applications.

• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation.

• Collaborate with engineering teams to support product scalability and infrastructure evolution.

• Monitor infrastructure, troubleshoot incidents, and improve observability practices.

• Contribute to cloud security, disaster recovery, and infrastructure best practices.

• Support infrastructure migrations, cloud optimization, and platform improvements.

• AWS (primary cloud provider)

• Kubernetes & Docker

• Terraform / Infrastructure as Code

• CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Jenkins)

• Linux environments

• Cloud Security & IAM

• Python / Bash scripting

Experience with multi-cloud environments, AI infrastructure, FinOps, or platform engineering is considered a plus.

What We Are Looking For

• 3 to 8 years of experience as Cloud Engineer, DevOps Engineer, Site Reliability Engineer (SRE), or Infrastructure Engineer.

• Strong hands-on experience with AWS cloud environments.

• Experience with Kubernetes, containers, and Infrastructure as Code.

• Solid understanding of CI/CD, automation, and cloud security principles.

• Ability to work in agile and international engineering environments.

• Problem-solving mindset with strong ownership and collaboration skills.

• Passion for modern technologies, scalability, and continuous improvement.

Language Requirements

• Native or fluent Spanish level.

• High level of English is essential for daily communication within the international engineering team.
