This role is designed for highly experienced engineers who can bridge the gap between AI systems, cloud infrastructure, and scalable production architecture.

The Opportunity
This is one of the most in-demand and hardest-to-fill AI roles in today’s European tech market.
You will be responsible for designing and scaling AI-ready infrastructure and production environments, ensuring that machine learning and generative AI systems can run reliably, securely, and at scale across cloud platforms.
You will act as a key technical bridge between:
- AI/ML engineering teams
- Data engineering
- Cloud & platform engineering
- Product & architecture leadership
This is not a research role — it is a production-focused, architecture-driven AI engineering position.
What You Will Be Doing
- Design and build scalable AI infrastructure and cloud-native architectures.
- Lead the deployment of AI/ML models into production environments.
- Define and optimize end-to-end ML pipelines and LLM-based systems.
- Architect distributed systems for AI workloads and real-time data processing.
- Work on GPU-based infrastructure for training and inference workloads.
- Implement and improve MLOps and LLMOps frameworks.
- Ensure performance, scalability, reliability, and cost efficiency of AI systems.
- Collaborate with data engineers, ML engineers, and DevOps teams.
- Drive best practices in AI security, governance, and compliance.
- Support multi-cloud and hybrid cloud strategies when required.
Tech Stack & Environment (2026)
The company operates in a modern, cloud-native AI ecosystem including:
- AWS / Azure (multi-cloud environment)
- Kubernetes & container orchestration
- Terraform (Infrastructure as Code)
- GPU infrastructure (NVIDIA-based systems, cloud GPU clusters)
- ML pipelines (Kubeflow, Airflow, or similar)
- LLMOps frameworks (LangChain, LlamaIndex, etc.)
- Vector databases (Pinecone, Weaviate, FAISS)
- Distributed systems architecture
- Data engineering tools (Spark, Kafka, dbt)
- CI/CD for ML systems
- Observability & monitoring (Datadog, Prometheus, Grafana)
- Security, IAM, and cloud governance
Candidate Profile
- 5–10+ years of experience in Cloud Engineering, Data Engineering, ML Engineering, or AI Infrastructure roles.
- Strong background in cloud architecture (AWS or Azure essential).
- Proven experience building and scaling production AI or ML systems.
- Deep understanding of distributed systems and scalable architectures.
- Hands-on experience with Kubernetes, Terraform, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Experience with LLM-based systems and modern AI frameworks is highly valued.
- Strong focus on reliability, performance, and security at scale.
- Ability to work in fast-moving, product-driven environments.
Language Requirements
- English: Native or bilingual level (mandatory) for daily communication in an international environment.
- Additional European languages (French, German, Dutch, Italian, Nordic languages) will be considered a strong plus due to the company’s expansion strategy across Europe.
