My client, a well-known gaming platform, is seeking a Customer Service Team Lead to join their team in Dublin! Managing & coaching a team of Customer Service Executives you will handle escalated queries or issues, ensure team and individual performance is meeting the agreed Service Levels, and carry out any People Management actions required.
You have at least 2 years’ experience within customer service and is eager to jump into a leadership role creating a collaborative environment to ensure the success of the team.
