For our international client in Munich we are currently looking for a

Store Manager

An international shoe/lifestyle brand is seeking a Store Manager to lead their team in Munich (Nymphenburg-Neuhausen). This brand values the individual and encourages everyone to be their authentic selves. Recognizable around the globe, this brand has a large customer base of all ages.

Duties:

• Manage all day-to-day operations (including staffing, training, sales, visual merchandise, store opening and closing, & administration)
• Lead and develop the store team
• Drive sales performance goals
• Take full responsibility for Health & Safety

Profile:

• 3 years’ experience as a store manager
• Experience leading a team of 10 or more sales assistants
• Strong understanding of working within a service focused store
• Fluent in German & strong conversational level of English
