- Client Communication: Engage with clients via phone, chat, email, and face-to-face interactions. Establish strong relationships, understanding their needs, and providing clear, concise technical solutions.
- Remote Assistance: Utilize remote diagnostic tools to assess machinery and automotive systems. Guide clients through troubleshooting procedures and offer detailed instructions for issue resolution.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate records of client interactions, technical issues, and solutions provided. Generate detailed reports for internal analysis and improvement of service processes.
- Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to relay customer feedback, assist in product development, and contribute to ongoing improvements in our machinery and automotive solutions.
- Training: Provide training sessions to clients on the proper operation and maintenance of machinery and automotive systems, ensuring their optimal performance.
- Automotive Background: Solid experience in the automotive sector, preferably in technical roles such as automotive technician or mechanic. Understanding of automotive systems and machinery is essential.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to explain technical concepts clearly and concisely to clients from diverse backgrounds.
- Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to diagnose technical issues, identify root causes, and implement effective solutions.
- Remote Technical Support: Familiarity with remote support tools and technologies. Ability to guide clients through troubleshooting processes remotely.
- Cultural Awareness: Sensitivity to cultural differences when communicating with clients from various regions. Knowledge of Italian, Southern European, Indian, and Middle Eastern cultures is a plus.
- Customer Focus: Passion for delivering exceptional customer service. Ability to empathize with clients’ concerns and provide solutions that exceed their expectations.
