Our Client, a fast international growing biotech present in the development of innovative therapies, is looking for a Senior Research Scientist to join a growing biotech specialized in the development of innovative therapies, and especially mammalian cells (oncology/autoimmune diseases).

Job Description

You will contribute to the research activities in cell line and vector development for the expression of biopharmaceuticals, and the missions will include :

  • Diligently maintain laboratory records and documentation of the cell line generation in accordance with CLD standards
  • Stay on top of current research in cell biology, cell line engineering an biopharmaceuticals expression
  • Liaise with intellectual property team, evaluate, and clear patent situations for projects
  • Participate in overall laboratory management and bio-safety activities
  • Supervise Operators
  • Manage projects and communicate with internal stakeholders
  • Present research findings at internal meetings and in publications

Profile

  • PhD or Postdoc with extensive experience in Cellular Biology / Biochemistry / molecular biology / Biotechnology Extensive experience in molecular biology is required
  • Previous work with mammalian cell research or cell line development is desired but not essential
  • Knowledge of English is mandatory and of French is desired
  • Bioinformatics knowledge welcome
