As part of the Belgium team in Germany, you will play a vital role in contributing to the organization's seamless daily operations.
- Lead the preparation and processing of monthly payroll for their group entities in Belgium, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
- Oversee the enhancement and maintenance of administrative HR processes in SAP HR and other systems, addressing bug-fixing and incorporating new requirements.
- Collaborate closely with local HR Business Partners, internal service departments in Berlin, and technical providers.
- Facilitate knowledge management by encouraging continuous exchange within the team and with colleagues, experts, and partners.
- Actively participate in internal projects, leveraging your network to address challenges and promoting the sharing of best practices for continual process improvements.
- 3 years of experience in Payroll for Belgium, coupled with fundamental knowledge in HR Administration
- Proven experience in quality management and knowledge management.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a demonstrated service & solution-oriented mindset.
- Ability to prioritize effectively to meet deadlines, with a proactive approach to seeking support when needed.
- Fluent in Dutch and proficient in English
