Position Overview:
As a Sales Representative, you will be the face of their brand and the embodiment of our commitment to luxury and quality. You will engage with their discerning clientele, assisting them in selecting the perfect wine, spirit, or cigar that suits their taste and preferences. Your role will involve building lasting relationships with their customers (incl. members), ensuring they have an unforgettable experience with every visit.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide expert advice and recommendations to customers on our extensive collection of wines, spirits, and cigars.
• Deliver exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, handling special requests, and creating a personalized shopping experience.
• Maintain a deep knowledge of our products, including their origins, unique features, and historical significance.
• Handle transactions accurately and efficiently, including processing payments and maintaining inventory records.
• Assist in visual merchandising, ensuring our products are showcased in an enticing and elegant manner.
• Stay up to date with industry trends and new product releases. Contribute to achieving sales targets and customer satisfaction goals.

Profile:

• Previous experience in the hospitality industry, such as restaurants, bars, or luxury hotels, is highly preferred.
• A genuine passion for and knowledge of fine wines, spirits, and cigars. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluent in English, and proficiency in French is a strong advantage.
• Exceptional attention to detail and presentation.
• A charismatic and friendly personality with the ability to build rapport with diverse clientele.
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
