Company Overview: Attached to the Sale Director in Germany, you are the ambassador of the company in the German market, promoting the products and embodying the vision and values of the brand. You will play a key role in its recognition and in expanding its client base in Germany.

Job Description: As Sales Representative you will be in charge of consulting and selling home automation systems.

You will be responsible for:

  • Developing the commercial strategy in your zone in collaboration with the Sale Director.
  • Setting sales targets (budget, forecasts) and monitoring their achievement,
  • Developing and supporting clients,
  • Participating in commercial negotiations,
  • Managing commercial budgets,
  • Ensuring follow-up with important and historical clients of the company,
  • Participating in the company's commercial policy,
  • Contributing to competitive and technological monitoring in the sector,
  • Attending local and national fairs,
  • All actions must be reported using a CRM management tool.

Profile:
With a minimum university degree, you have at least 3 years of professional experience, ideally in the industrial sector, HVAC, and/or electrical engineering.
You demonstrate significant autonomy, have team management and negotiation skills.
Besides a native level of German, a fluent level of English or Spanish is essential for this position, both spoken and written.
