Key Account Manager/ Sales Manager – Wine/Spirits – ENG/FR/GER – Remote(H/F)

We are seeking a highly motivated and dynamic Sales Manager specialized in Wine and Spirits to join our client’s team. As a Sales Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving the growth of our wine and spirits business across the country. Your expertise in the industry, along with fluency in German, English, and French, will be essential in establishing and maintaining strong client relationships across diverse markets.

Job Description:

  • Expand business: Grow our wine and spirits sales in Switzerland.
  • Build relationships: Establish strong connections with restaurants, hotels, bars, retailers, and distributors.
  • Sales strategy: Develop effective plans to meet sales targets and stay ahead of competitors.
  • Product expertise: Know our wine and spirits thoroughly and educate clients and team members.
  • Negotiate and close deals: Secure sales agreements while adhering to company policies.
  • Support the team: Help the sales team improve their skills and product knowledge.
  • Promote events: Plan and organize tastings and promotions to increase brand awareness.
  • Report and forecast: Provide regular sales reports and insights on market trends.

Your Profile:

  • Proven track record in sales, in the wine and spirits industry in Switzerland.
  • Knowledge of the wine and spirits market in Switzerland.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills in German AND English (and French is a big plus.)
  • Ability to work independently, as well as collaborate effectively within a team.
  • Passion for wine and spirits with a keen interest in industry developments.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Willingness to travel as required to meet with clients and attend events locally and internationally.
