Job Position: Sales Manager – Spain

Job Description:
Our client is a top tier European Multinational, that designs, builds and provides their own engineering solutions for pools.
After consolidating in Europe, our client is looking for the Spanish Sales Director who will be in charge of leading the Spanish market, but also making our client become the first option for consumers when looking for this type of solutions.
You will be in charge of developing and executing the sales strategy, building strong relationships with both external and internal clients, as well as driving revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Market Development:
- Develop and implement a strategic sales plan to penetrate the Spanish market and achieve growth targets.
- Identify and evaluate market opportunities, customer needs, and competitive landscape to tailor strategies effectively.
- Establish and maintain relationships with key B2C clients, partners, and industry influencers.
- Sales Leadership:
- Lead and manage the sales process from prospecting to closing deals, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Drive sales initiatives, monitor performance metrics, and adjust strategies as necessary to meet or exceed objectives.
- Collaborate with the HQ team to align sales strategies with overall business goals.
- Business Development:
- Generate new business opportunities by identifying potential clients and creating targeted outreach strategies.
- Negotiate contracts, terms, and agreements to maximize revenue and profitability.
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking functions to enhance visibility and brand presence.
- Market Analysis:
- Conduct market research and analysis to stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive activities.
- Provide insights and recommendations based on market data to drive strategic decision-making.
- Team Collaboration:
- Work closely with the marketing team to develop and execute promotional campaigns and materials.
- Coordinate with the operations and engineering teams to ensure seamless delivery and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications:
- Experience:
- Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in a senior sales or business development role within the engineering, construction, or related sector.
- Previous relevant experience managing teams
- Demonstrated success in developing and executing sales strategies, managing key accounts, and driving B2C revenue growth.
- Skills:
- Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
- Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering or relevant equivalent experience.
- Language:
- Fluent in Spanish and French. Proficiency in additional languages is advantageous.
Other Requirements

- Home Office Based in Madrid with willingness to travel across Spain as required by market needs.
- You will have to be available to join the European HQ for 1.5-2 months as you start, in order to get a comprehensive approach of the business and scope.
