In the context of an increase in activity, one of our clients, a UK/Danish Digital Health & MedTech pioneer in the fertility space, is looking for a Sales / Business Developer on German markets.

As a Sales / Business Developer, your role will consist of to build and execute the partnership strategy for their growing network of European B2B partners. The main objective will be to identify and conclude new business partnerships in German-speaking countries, with potential targets in other EU countries. The secondary objective will be to ensure a high level of service to partners in order to build sustainable partnerships.
Your main tasks will be as follows :
-In collaboration with the team, define and implement the sales strategy
-Develop the customer portfolio through sales prospecting
– Manage the different commercial partners
– Participate in events as a sales representative of the brand
– Evaluate new business opportunities and new markets
To lead this mission, we are looking for a profile with:
– Minimum of BSc/BA in Business, Marketing or related field
– Minimum 3 years’ Medical Device or Pharmaceutical B2B Sales/BD experience
– Fluent German and English at level of full professional proficiency
– Excellent written and verbal communication skills
– Sales-oriented person
– Great communicator
– Partnership management role a plus
– Strong stakeholder management skills
– Self-motivation and go-getter mindset
– Be curious, autonomous and adaptable
– Good negotiation skills
