A leading designer and producer of contemporary lighting for high-end domestic and hospitality clients are seeking a dynamic and experienced Regional Sales Manager to join their team. You will be responsible for managing a select group of prestigious hotels, franchise companies, high-end residential and hospitality developers, and specialist procurement companies. You will be expected to identify and track key decision-makers, build trusting relationships, and ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction while increasing our share of their business.
Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a German hospitality and residential channel strategy
- Manage and progress hospitality and high-end residential projects from conception to completion
- Maintain and enhance existing approved/preferred supplier framework agreements with major hotel groups
- Schedule and attend regular business reviews with key customers
- Support the national wholesale and retail strategy through local branch and client visits
- Develop and continually grow the project pipeline
- Ensure CRM project pipeline information is up-to-date and accurate
- Attend key networking events and exhibitions
- Co-ordinate the preparation of quotations for projects
- Ensure high levels of communication and coordination within the business
- Manage customer issues
- Visit project sites as and when required to ensure the smooth running of sales processes
Profile
Requirements:
- Strong communication skills both oral and written
- Sound organizational skills
- A meticulous approach to the administrative aspects of the role
- A friendly, positive, and considerate nature
- Ability to travel to project sites & client locations within your area
Experience:
- 5+ years’ experience working in a sales development role
- Demonstrable track record of successfully delivering on sales targets
- A strong network within interior design or hospitality
- Evidence of engaging with both internal and external stakeholders
- Solid IT skills including MS Office and working knowledge of CRM systems
