Quality Manager – Electronics

My client, a well established electronic manufacturer in the canton of Neuchâtel, is looking for an experienced Quality Manager to join their team.

Are you looking to join an internationally recognised company

You will be responsible for (but not limited):

Maintaining their quality management system in accordance with ISO 9001:2015
Monitor and ensure compliance with the requirements of their quality management system throughout the organisation (Switzerland and Germany) – some travelling is required between the 2 countries
Identify and manage risks and opportunities related to their different activities
Defining KPIs, monitoring and reporting to management
Monitor customer feedback

Qualifications

University degree in the field of electrical engineering or communications engineering
People Management skills
Fluent in both French AND English (German would be a big plus)
Minimum of 5 years in quality management within the electronics industry
