PV Sales Manager

For our international client who is currently preparing the market entry in Germany we are looking for a:

 

SALES MANAGER WITH EXPEREINCE IN THE PHOTOVOLTAIC/ SOLAR SECTOR

 

This position offers the great opportunity to develop something from scratch and will enable you to grow your own team and develop the German market!

 

Tasks:

 

  1. Participate in the development of annual and quarterly sales plans for the department. Ensure the achievement of sales targets.

 

  1. Conduct research and analysis of the target regional market and industry trends. Assist in formulating product pricing, adjusting sales strategies, and market positioning.

 

  1. Lead a team of 3-4 members to expand the photovoltaic market and establish channels within the designated region.

 

  1. Track the entire project process within the assigned region and promptly address any issues that arise at each stage.

 

  1. Manage the daily work of the sales team, motivate and inspire experienced employees, nurture and support new employees, and build a strong sales team.

 

  1. Organize team members to provide training and service support to clients.

 

Your Profile:

 

  1. Bachelor’s degree or higher, preferably in marketing or a technical field.

2-3 years of work experience.

 

  1. Strong channel development, communication, organizational, and coordination skills, with team leadership experience.

 

  1. High enthusiasm for work, excellent team collaboration, and strong ability to handle pressure.

 

  1. Prior sales experience in the renewable energy industry (inverters/energy storage) or experience with residential/commercial projects is a plus.

 

  1. Possession of a Class B driver’s license and willingness to travel frequently.

 

  1. Native level of German and fluent English (company language)
