Key Responsibilities
As a Programmatic Sales Manager, you will be responsible for selling and growing premium programmatic revenue (PMP / PG) across CTV / OTT / Connected TV inventory.
Your main responsibilities include:
- Develop and manage a portfolio of advertisers, media agencies, trading desks and DSPs
- Sell premium CTV programmatic solutions (PMP, PG, private deals)
- Identify client needs and propose tailored, high-value solutions
- Drive programmatic revenue growth within your scope
- Set up and manage long-term and “always-on” programmatic agreements
- Work closely with Ad Operations, Marketing, Publisher and Revenue Operations teams
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance, produce post-campaign reports and recommendations
- Collect client feedback to support continuous product improvement
- Maintain active market intelligence on programmatic and AdTech trends
Profile Requirements
Essential Requirements
- Minimum 6 years of experience in Programmatic Sales, ideally within the CTV / OTT / Connected TV ecosystem
- Proven background in digital media sales, programmatic buying, revenue operations or business development
- Strong understanding of the programmatic ecosystem, including:
- DSPs, Ad Exchanges, Ad Networks, DMPs and Trading Desks
- Ability to conduct consultative sales of complex solutions

- Ability to translate complex technical topics into clear business value
- Autonomous, entrepreneurial mindset with strong results orientation
- Comfortable working in an international and multicultural environment
- Able to work effectively in a remote setup
