In the context of an increase in activity, one of our clients, a young and dynamic Swiss company specialized in high-precision filling of complex sterile drugs into vials, syringes, and cartridges, is looking for a Production Supervisor, in the canton of Valais

Job Description

Your area of responsibility:

– Your main tasks include the introduction and supervision of production staff during preparation and/or bottling.

– You will independently operate the modern and highly automated bottling plant, be responsible for the preparation and processing and solve any problems that arise.

– You will be responsible for various bottling-related activities, such as the introduction of new formats or the development of the manufacturing processes of the product solution and the support of qualification and validation activities.

– You create various documents related to bottling, taking into account GMP regulations.

– You are co-responsible for compliance with regulations and work continuously with the production team to optimise processes.

Profile

To lead this mission, we are looking for a profile with:

– You have completed an apprenticeship and have practical experience in industrial pharmaceutical production and in the cleanroom.

– You have a strong affinity for the operation of automated production systems and for electronics in general.

– You are a committed team player, are open to new things and can adapt easily and quickly to changing circumstances.

– You are recognised for your leadership

– You have a very good knowledge of German and can communicate well in English (spoken and written).
